USPS is backed up, tracking numbers are taking days-weeks to update.

UPDATES ON ORDERS: The answer is NO. We do not offer "Status Updates" on orders, requests for updates will be ignored. This is not how we work. For us and how we work, this question is irrelevant and we view it as impatience. You are liable to have your order canceled if you make an issue of this.

Creation Times: are roughly 1-5 weeks, however this varies depending on different projects and circumstances. If you find that you cannot patiently wait for your handmade item to be created we will remove you from our waitlist. We will not work with impatient people. (this does not included shipping times).

 

Insuring packages: You may request insurance once your purchase is made, additional fees may apply. We are NOT responsible for packages once they are in possession of the USPS. We cannot not be responsible for lost or stolen mail.

We ship via USPS. Every order includes a tracking number. Primarily first class and Priority mail (International orders are shipped via First Class International unless otherwise discussed). YOU WILL RECIEVE TWO EMAILS WITH TRACKING INFORMATION, THE SAME INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND IN YOU ORDER HISTORY HERE ON OUR WEBSITE. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US ABOUT TRACKING NUMBERS IF YOU HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED A SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION. 

Tracking Numbers:

  • If you have not yet received an email with your tracking number, it has not shipped. PLEASE DO NOT email us about this. Please be patient.

  • If you think you missed it, you can check your order status via your account here on our website. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US ABOUT TRACKING NUMBERS that may not appear 'active'. This means that we printed a label for an order that has not been shipped, please just bear with us and be patient.

Refunds and Returns:

  • Due to the handmade nature and materials of our products we do not accept returns.

  • Refunds on fulfilled orders are only given if an item is shipped back to us as the result of a undeliverable address. However, you will not receive a refund on any shipping costs. It is not our responsibility to make sure the address that you provided us is correct. Refunds will be processed once the item is back in our possession, refunds take 5-10 business days to process and show in your account.

  • An order may only be canceled for the first 48 hours after payment is processed. 

  • Lost orders must be brought to our attention within 90 days of the original shipment date. Beyond the 90 day time frame we will be unable to assist you. 

Custom Orders and Commissions: We don't do these, sorry!

Pre-orders and Waiting Lists:

  • Our shop is primarily made-to-order, by placing an order you are effectively pre-ordering or placing yourself on an order list which is the same as a waiting list. You cannot pre-order a pre-order. We understand that demand is high and items are difficult to get, please keep in mind these are all handmade by ONE person. Please be patient.

  • (Turning on notifications for IG posts and story posts will increase your chances of scoring an item. Checking periodically on our shop also won't hurt, sometimes we post things without announcing it. You may get lucky.)
